Ensure that written terms/conditions are established for capital equipment that is loaned to HCPs/HCOs free of charge as part of a PLACED CAPITAL, CONSIGNMENT and/or EVALUATION purposes and arrangements.Ensure that records are kept of the use of all field assets by Reps for DEMONSTRATION purposes, capital equipment that is loaned free of charge for temporary period to HCPs/HCOs for EVALUATIONS.Ensure Field assets are properly differentiated leading to confusion as to their intended use.Follow kit standardisation and preventative maintenance programs across region as directed.Build equipment trays in for new loaners and consignment sets.
Follow programs to rationalise instrument replacements across the ANZ cluster.Coordinate the spares/split packs as required, monitoring all new requests for instrument replacements.Transacting of the Kit request process from approval/allocation through to dispatch of kit to hospital, ensuring service KPIs are met.The role is responsible for the timely and accurate asset deployment of instruments and implant inventory, including capital consignment, loaner locations driving initiatives aligned to an Asset Planning Optimisation framework.
